The Red Amber Green cards iniative aims to encourage a positive safety culture through out the TONE team. The cards are available to all managing teams and operatives and can be handed out at the discretion of all employees.
Red cards represent serious misconduct and they prompt disciplinary procedures. Amber cards are used to let staff know that there could be room for improvement in their safety practices and Green cards represent impeccable safety behaviour. As well as acting as a tool for observing Health and Safety, they also motivate staff to achieve the highest HSEQ standards possible, with any members of staff who earn a large amount of green cards receiving an award. All cards are given to the HSEQ team for observation and action.
