Our commitment to training is second to none in the scaffold industry. It is our policy to maximise the competence of our entire workforce through major investment in skills and safety training.

We ensure that our team of professional are fully qualified and trained to the highest standards. We undertake regular reviews of individual progress and training needs and consider this to be vital to our continued commercial success.

Our employees attend in excess of 60 certificated skill and safety-related courses run by professional training institutions and full details of the certified training of all employees is continuously monitored on our central database.

ALL of the operative used on your sites will be trained to the required CITB standard and will have received all the necessary additional Plant and Tool operator training they need to carry out their work (eg. Fork lift, Abrasive wheels, Mobile elevating work platform)

We increase safety awareness and competence with additional training such as - Working at Heights, Site Management and Safety, SG4 Full Body Harness Competency, Scaffold Inspection, Safety Awareness and Risk Assessment.
